The National Centre for Vocational Education and Research (NCVER) has released an in-depth report which provides a summary of the outcomes of students who completed nationally recognised vocational education and training (VET) during 2018, using data collected mid-2019.
As the largest independent Registered Training Organisation (RTO) for automotive apprenticeships and training in Queensland, the MTA Institute (MTAI) prides itself on student satisfaction and are proud of the outstanding results achieved in the report.
Highlights of graduates at (MTAI) include:
- 93.5% were satisfied with the overall quality of their training.
- 95.2% would recommend the training.
- 96.2% would recommend their training provider.
- 97.5% achieved their main reason for doing the training.
These figures are derived from the National Student Outcomes 2019 Survey, which is an annual survey of students awarded a qualification (graduates), or who completed at least one subject before leaving the VET system without obtaining a qualification (subject completers).
MTAI’s General Manager, Paul Kulpa, said the results were indicative of the emphasis placed on the quality of training being delivered.
“We are really proud of these results across the board,” said Kulpa.
“We strive to provide the highest level of training quality at all times while ensuring that our training delivery is relevant to the real-world and directly connects students ability and employers wants. To record such positive results is evidence we are achieving these goals and preparing the next generation of automotive professionals for the evolving industry.”
Kulpa also took the time to applaud the efforts of all staff and trainers in continually raising the bar and improving expectations.
“Our team of staff and trainers are the hardest working group of people I’ve had the pleasure of working with, and the results of their efforts speak for themselves.”
In comparison to other RTO’s, MTAI has performed exceptionally well and student satisfaction continues to be a priority for the team.
