Nominations open for 2020 Ulysses Club Motorcycle Apprentice of the Year Award

Nominations are now open for Ulysses Club’s annual “Motorcycle Apprentice of the Year” (MAOTY) award.

Ulysses Club is the largest motorcycle organisation in Australia and has held the the MAOTY award annually since 2004 to promote and support the motorcycle trade training environment within Australia.

Being part of the MAOTY award is considered to be a significant opportunity for employers and Registered Training Organisations to not only achieve recognition for their Apprentice, but to also promote their business entity with an emphasis on the repair and service sector.

Nominations for this award are ideally intended for final-year apprentices who have shown commitment, dedication and a genuine enthusiasm for their chosen profession in the motorcycle industry. However, if employers believe that a third-year apprentice nearing the end of their course ‘shines above the rest’ than they are encouraged to nominate them.

Generous prizes are on offer for each zone winner (QLD/NT, ACT/NSW, TAS/VIC, SA/WA), with each winner progressing to the national final where an overall winner will be crowned.

This is an exciting opportunity for apprentices to receive recognition for their hard work and dedication and we strongly recommend eligible participants nominate.
