MTA Institute celebrates the graduation of recently qualified apprentices
On Friday the 23rd of August, the MTA Institute (MTAI) held the second graduation ceremony of 2019 which celebrated newly qualified tradespeople in completing their MTAI qualification.
Presenting the certificates was Paul Kulpa, General Manager of the MTA Institute, who spoke of the opportunities available to the graduates in the fast-changing automotive trade field and encouraged them to continue to learn and grow as they advance.
Also in attendance was MTA Institute’s Pre-Vocational students who were congratulated on the completion of their 5-week AUR20716 Certificate II in Automotive Vocational Preparation course. This course is designed to give students a introduction to the automotive industry whilst increasing the participants employability and likelihood of undertaking apprenticeships.
The evening was well attended with over 40 trainers, families and friends making the journey to celebrate this immense achievement. With only two graduations taking place each year, the evening acknowledges the extensive work required to complete an automotive qualification as well as providing an opportunity to celebrate the fantastic achievement of their graduates
The next graduation ceremony will take place in late February, 2020.
