Michael joined the MTA Institute Board in July 2018 as a robotics researcher and multi-award winning educational entrepreneur.
Michael leads a team at QUT researching Artificial Intelligence (AI) and robotics and their application in the world of mobility and autonomous vehicles. He has a long history in supporting science education and helping young people learn. Michael will be pivotal in helping inform and guide the organisation as new technologies and educational opportunities are revealed.
